A website care plan is an ongoing service that keeps your site updated, secure, backed up and supported after launch. It covers the maintenance a website needs to stay fast, safe and working, so you do not have to think about it.
How much support is included?
Every plan includes 2 hours of website support every month, which is 24 hours a year, for standard updates and maintenance. Larger projects are quoted separately. Unused hours expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.
What is the difference between the plans?
The care and support are identical on all three options. The only difference is how you pay: monthly, quarterly or yearly. Paying quarterly or yearly costs less overall, with yearly the best value.
Do I need a care plan?
If your site runs on WordPress or has custom functionality, a care plan is strongly recommended to keep it secure and updated. It also gives you a set number of support hours each month for changes and fixes.
