Bush Winch required more than a standard online shop. Because the Bush Winch system needs to be correctly matched to a customer’s vehicle, the website needed to guide customers through the purchasing process, help identify the right product configuration, collect important fitment information, and make it easy for customers in Australia and overseas to purchase online.

The custom Buy Now Vehicle Configurator
Rather than asking customers to buy a generic product and hope they’ve picked the correct configuration, the system takes them through a structured vehicle-selection process:
The website then uses this information to help identify the appropriate Bush Winch solution for that particular vehicle, and reuses vehicle make, model and year details throughout the site to help customers find the correct recovery solution. It turns what could have been a complicated technical purchase into a much simpler, guided buying experience.
Wheel photo verification
Because wheel and rim fitment matters, we built a dedicated wheel-photo collection process. Customers provide a front and side photograph of their wheel/rim so Bush Winch can confirm the correct fitment before dispatch — with on-screen visual instructions showing exactly how to take each shot. Customers have two ways to provide their images:

Add the photos straight from a computer, tablet or mobile device.
Scan a QR code
Scan a generated QR code from the desktop, capture the photos on a phone, then have them linked to the order when returning to the desktop.

A highly specialised product.
Different vehicles can have different wheel configurations, bolt patterns, threads and clearances, which means purchasing the wrong configuration is a genuine operational issue. Bush Winch itself explains that correct vehicle matching involves factors including bolt pattern, thread/hex/contact and wheel clearance.
A conventional online store — a product image, a price and an Add to Cart button — would not adequately solve that problem. Our job was to make the website act partly as an online sales assistant: helping the customer identify their vehicle, provide the information Bush Winch needs, understand the product, supply supporting wheel photographs when required, and then move toward purchase.
